I am the first person in my family to receive a higher education and to have also worked in the tech industry outside of Taiwan. I understand how difficult it can be for people without connections or resources to dream bigger. My experiences allow me to relate to people who are eager for mentorship or advice in order to realise new opportunities in their life.

I transitioned to UX research from an educator background and have done research in disparate industries such as children's products, games, logistics & supply chain, FinTech, medical products, etc. I truly appreciate the versatility of my career path, which makes me empathetic and embrace the uniqueness of each individual and various industries. My non-linear career path shaped my personalised coaching style. I always personalise career development suggestions and interview preparation strategies for each mentee, especially those who come from a non-tech background.

Besides UXR coaching chats, I provide educational consultation. Coming from a family with limited resources, I received fully funded scholarships with stipends throughout my higher education. I spent 0 pence on my higher education, so I am experienced in applying for highly competitive scholarships and programmes. I am more than happy to share my experience and help people to secure scholarships that might be very likely to change their life. I have helped my clients to be admitted to their desired postgraduate program, some admitted with 100% scholarships in Europe.
